Our solar project Enipeas is a cluster of two sites for a total capacity of 560MW located in Thessaly region.

The site has been designed in full compliance with laws and regulations as well as Lightsource bp best practices.

Lightsource bp projects are developed with tailored plans to measure and enhance biodiversity. For Enipeas, vegetation screening and biodiversity enhancement through planting selected species endemic to the area will be carried out to ensure positive contribution to the landscape and boost the creation of habitat for local fauna.

The project reached financial close in April 2024 and it is currently under construction. Once operational, the solar project will contribute to avoid carbon emissions by 379,000 tonnes and it will generate enough renewable electricity to power the equivalent of 225,000 homes.
