Our new biodiversity and human rights policies
We are really pleased to be launching two new global policies: our Biodiversity Policy and Human Rights Policy. These set out the aims for our biodiversity and human rights commitments going forward.
These policies are both supported by our soon-to-be-launched 2021 Sustainability Report, which captures everything from our sustainability progress, to our future targets and how we strive beyond business as usual.
Biodiversity Policy
We have always been leaders in biodiversity, with many of our projects already having biodiversity management plans, sheep grazing and other ecosystem services.
This policy outlines our aim to deliver biodiversity net gain on our operating assets, and shares our broader biodiversity commitments, including how we deliver on these through our ways of working.
Read our Biodiversity Policy.
Human Rights Policy
We are committed to conduct our business in a manner that respects the rights of all people, including our employees, counterparties and communities affected by our business activities. We recognise our responsibility to align with international human rights and labour standards.
This policy outlines our specific human rights commitments and describes how we will uphold these aims.
