Lightsource bp hires more than 200 talented team members so far in 2023
We are thrilled to announce a remarkable milestone for our continued growth — in just six months we have successfully recruited over 200 exceptionally talented people. The achievement is testament to our commitment to growth, innovation, and building a diverse workforce.
In total, we have more than 1,100 team members across 19 regions. Across our team we have 59 nationalities now — an amazingly diverse workforce. Each new addition to our team brings fresh perspectives, unique experiences, and share a passion to #bethechange.
These 200 new team members cover a wide range of roles across various departments, from engineering to marketing, operations to finance — and everything in between. With their expertise and dedication, we are confident that they will contribute significantly to our ultimate aim of developing responsible solar for our world.
Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans for the rest of 2023 and beyond. We remain committed to creating a workplace where individuals thrive, and their potential is nurtured through our industry-leading VIBES committee. Our focus will continue to be on empowering our teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
