30 team members receive SCQF Level 7 qualification
Lightsource bp is committed to supporting team members to expand their knowledge and skills, and we are proud to offer a range of learning and development opportunities to all.
Recently, thirty of our team members across EMEA, US & Brazil completed a Lean Practitioner training course, gaining their SCQF Level 7 qualification.
The course taught participants the fundamentals of lean through practical exercises, building on their knowledge of Business Agility. It is designed to extend the knowledge of participants who are identified as Change Agents or Sponsors within our business.
The course content was focused on skills which deliver tangible results and sustainable benefits in the business environment, which is hugely linked to how we want our team members to grow across our offices.
“I have to say a huge thank you to Lightsource bp for investing in your people and to Alison and Gary for sharing your time and knowledge with us! Great experience! Looking forward for the next development opportunity.”
– Livia Fiuza, Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Brazil

We are very pleased all 30 team members passed the course with excellent results and will now receive an SCQF Level 7 qualification, which is an internationally recognised certification.
