A proposed 400MWdc (320MWac) solar farm project and battery energy storage system (BESS)

Our proposed Gundary Solar Farm project consists of a 400MWdc (320MWac) solar farm and battery energy storage system (BESS), located southeast of Goulburn, New South Wales, within the local government area of Goulburn-Mulwaree Council.

We are in the final stages of undertaking the detailed assessments that will form the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the solar project and designing management and mitigation solutions. We will be hosting drop-in community information sessions at the end of March 2024 to share the outcomes of the detailed EIS assessments, recent modifications to the project layout and to discuss next steps with the community. Submission of the EIS and detailed studies is expected in Q2 2024.

Drop-in community information sessions

Lightsource bp invites members of the community to meet the project team and specialist assessment experts from Umwelt Environmental and Social Consultants at an informal drop-in session.

Please feel free to drop in at any time during the sessions to meet the team and learn more about the project.
