Joined 2021, Brazil – Before joining Lightsource bp, I worked in many areas of corporate finance for companies big and small. I saw this role as an opportunity to work apply my experience and knowledge broadly while creating results for a business I believe in. To me, solar energy is a huge need for our planet, and it makes perfect sense. This job makes me feel like I’m a part of something really important.
In this job, I feel valued. Lightsource bp sees the finance team as business partners and has provided me with a great opportunity to suggest and implement improvements. Our core values are aligned throughout the company, not just in words but in practice. Personally, I find my coworkers inspiring. Everyone I have met has been helpful and is focused on doing the best for the business and the planet.
